We had a new baby and so we were asked to reprise our roles of Joseph and Mary for our ward Christmas program. This time we had a boy who was only a few weeks old instead of a girl who was 8 months old. We felt it lent to the authenticity of the production. ;o) ( And yes, I made Ross let me dress the other kids up as a wise man, a shepherd, and two angels so we could take the above picture. I'm silly like that.)
These are the Young Men who played the wise men in the program. I thought their costume were memorable!

The Sunday before Christmas
Timothy was asleep when I took the picture with the other kids, so he only got an individual shot. Sweet little 5 week old boy. (Look at all that hair!)
Our what-has-become-a-traditional Christmas Eve taco dinner (At least I keep upgrading the look of my table from year to year!)
The best picture I could get of the kids with cookies for Santa

Santa has come! (And yes, the clock is showing AM not PM. Someday Santa is going to be prepared AHEAD of time!)

Why do I love the twinkling lights on a Christmas tree in a dark room? And why do I always seem to insist on taking a picture???
Christmas morning messes and fun

Timothy's first Christmas
On Christmas Day we got to go out to my parents' house where all of my siblings and their families were. Ryan and Wendy took some pictures of our huge group. This silly one is probably my favorite!
And finally, our 2010 Christmas card that I had made up, loved, and then only gave out a few. I'm seriously considering slipping the remaining ones in with the 2011 Christmas card that I'm totally going to send out on time. REALLY!

So, even 7 months later, we hope your Christmas was very merry!

Our Christmas WAS very merry, thank you. We got to spend it in MT, and that is the best kind of Christmas, I think. :) I love you and your Christmas in July. ps- your house was super clean on christmas morning! Go you!
